Realistically, is John Gibson available? I ask for a few reasons.

1) Murray finally used the term "rebuild". Does Gibson really help the effort to rebuild or would the assets acquired be better?

2) I understand you guys have a strong goalie prospect from Europe. Is he NHL ready?

3) If Gibson comes back and has another lackluster year (relative to how good he can be) or if he is again hurt, would that risk decreasing his value, especially as he gets older?

Honestly not sure what the answer is, and not sure if the Penguins have the assets even if he was available... but he could be the answer to the problem the Penguins have had since 2018. Hoping Hextall and Burke are at least checking in.

I’ve advocated for trading JG … and more so to the east - not sure Pens have the horses to make it happen. We could probably work something out.
